"I just don’t think it’s worth..."
I just don’t think it’s worth what they charge. The prices felt way too high for what I got, and to make it worse, when I tried to ask about it, I kept getting transferred from one person to another. Super frustrating and not a great experience.

"Decent items, but I wanted more safety details"
I was browsing and the baby items looked totally fine at first glance, so I was interested. But before buying anything for a little one, I really like to see clear safety labels and info upfront. I didn’t feel like there was enough detail there, so I ended up feeling a bit unsure. Overall, the products seemed decent, but the safety info could definitely be stronger

"I really wanted to feel good about shopping..."
I really wanted to feel good about shopping at Modern Natural Baby, especially because baby products are one of those things where you’re not just buying stuff, you’re trying to make thoughtful choices for your family. The site seemed okay, but I found myself clicking around more than I expected just to find basic info, and some of it felt a little light.
Maybe the company is totally fine, but I’ve realized that when it comes to baby items, clear policies and a few extra trust signals matter a lot to me. It’s less about being picky and more about wanting peace of mind, so I’d probably go with a store I already know next time.

"Harder to use than it should be"

I ended up getting the wrong items in my order, which was frustrating because it wasn’t what I ordered at all. What made it more annoying was that there wasn’t any clear communication about what happened or how it would be fixed. Just a confusing experience overall

"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I placed my order because the item showed as in stock, so I figured I was good to go. Then I found out later it actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating. It just felt like a waste of time, especially because I wouldn’t have checked out in the first place if the inventory had been updated properly.

"Registry only worked when it felt like it"
I tried using their gift registry it was such a headache. Sometimes it worked fine, and other times it just wouldn’t cooperate at all. I reached out to support, but they were slow to respond, so after fighting with it for a while, I eventually just gave up.

I had to message them twice before I got a response. The customer service person was polite, but they didn’t really solve my issue, so it ended up being frustrating overall lol.

"Wish there was more to choose from"
I went in thinking I’d find a few cute baby things, but the selection just felt limited. I kept walking around like, okay maybe there’s another section I’m missing, but nope, it was kind of the same few options and a lot of it either wasn’t what I needed or just wasn’t really my style. I wanted to buy something, but I ended up leaving empty-handed, which was a bummer because I was actually excited to look around. Just kind of disappointing overall

"Still waiting for this to be fixed"
I had an issue with my order and support kept telling me they’d look into it, but days passed and nothing really happened. No clear answer, no actual fix. I kept following up and felt like I was just chasing them for no reason. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but I feel like this should’ve been handled better.

"My baby just couldn’t get comfortable"
I really wanted this to work for my baby, but he just didn’t seem comfortable in it at all. He kept fussing and rubbing at it, so we ended up stopping after only a short time. It was disappointing since I expected it to be much more comfortable, and I’d appreciate some kind of refund or compensation since we couldn’t really use it.

"Heads up before you order"
Just a fair warning for anyone thinking about ordering baby items here: my experience wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t great. I placed an order for a few things and the shipping took longer than expected. I ended up having to email twice just to get an update, which was frustrating. The items did arrive and they were fine, but for the price, I expected better communication and smoother service. I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

The products are really cute and all, but the descriptions didnt tell me enough. Some things sounded nice, but I was looking for clearer sizing, what the fabric actually feels like, and how to wash it properly. With baby stuff I kinda need that info before I buy. The site is easy enough to look around, just feels a little unfinished

The quality was okay overall, but I’m probably a little picky about this kind of stuff. Some items felt nice, while others seemed a bit cheaper than I expected. Not terrible at all, just not amazing in my opinion

"Felt like it should’ve lasted longer"
I bought a baby item from here and it just didn’t hold up with normal use. After only a few washes, the stitching started coming loose and the fabric already looked worn out. For what they charge, I expected better quality. It kind of makes me wonder if they’re more focused on getting the sale than making something that actually lasts. Disappointing overall.
